EncryptDecrypt – All App Update Notes

Version 1.0.1 (Released: 06 May 2026)

What’s new:

– Update notifications now stand out more clearly in red.
– Update notifications now include a clickable download link.
– The password requirement text now reads “24 – 256 characters” for easier reading.
– When a secure password is generated, EncryptDecrypt now reminds the user to copy and save it securely before encrypting.
– EncryptDecrypt now adds best-effort protection against normal window capture while password fields are shown in plaintext.
– Screenshots and screen capture are allowed again when password fields are hidden.

Important note:

– Screen capture protection helps reduce accidental exposure while a password is visible.
